Robert "Robbie" Everett Radcliff

Robert Everett Radcliff (Robbie) of Charlotte Hall, MD passed away on February 9, 2026, at the age of 65. He was born in La Plata, MD on March 14, 1960, to Elizabeth Ann Cusick and Robert Edward Radcliff.

He graduated from La Plata High School in 1978 and soon after began his career in construction. Through 47 years of hard work and dedication, he built not only a career but a life he was proud of. He retired in 2025 to spend more time enjoying the simple things he loved most.

Robbie found his greatest peace outdoors—whether he was fishing, hunting, crabbing, or just sitting on the front porch taking in the weather. Those quiet moments brought him happiness, but nothing compared to the pride and joy he felt for his family.

His greatest accomplishment was the life he built with his wife and daughters. Robbie was the true definition of a family man. He worked tirelessly to make sure his family was always provided for, protected, and deeply loved. His girls were his world, and his love for his grandchildren was something truly special.

He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Debbie Radcliff; his daughters, Chelly Briscoe, Samantha Rollins (Brian), and Colleen Hill (Daniel); his cherished grandchildren, Carlee James, Robin Shishido, Mikailyn Sabater, Owen Hill, Raelynn Hill, and Everett Rollins; his great-granddaughter, Darbie; and his sisters, Joyce Burch, Pomie Radcliff and Mother, Elizabeth Radcliff.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Edward Radcliff.

Per his wishes, Robbie will be cremated, and his family will honor his memory with a private service. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday February 28, 2026 at 2 PM at the Cobb Island Volunteer Fire Dept. (17069 Cobb Island Rd. Cobb Island, MD 20625.
